What We Do

We help Sellers who are in a negative equity situation but have been unsuccessful in selling their unit through conventional channels. Maybe they’ve had an unforeseen change in their financial situation, are going through a lifestyle change, or simply looking to upgrade their unit. That’s where we come in.

We find Buyers who, while having steady income, either don’t have the ready cash for a down payments or have minor credit issues such as divorce, medical bills, bankruptcy, etc. that preclude them from buying through conventional channels and we qualify them to take over the Seller’s payments.
